Bar Team

Recently relocated from North Carolina. Colin found his passion for the bar through the kitchen.  Graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, he spent 3 years in the kitchen of the Fearrington House Restaurant before transferring to the front of the house. He became a Certified Sommelier in 2014 and then he spent 2 years as the sommelier before pursuing becoming a bartender.  After 3 years at The Crunkleton in Chapel Hill, he joined the Thalia opening team.
